Application Process

Applicants must collect the required documents and send them to our office using any trackable mailing service (e.g., FedEx, USPS, UPS). Alternatively, documents can be dropped off in person at our office (4600 E Washington Street #300, Phoenix, AZ 85034). Once your visa is approved, we will either call you for pick-up or mail your passport with the visa back to you promptly.

1. Your original passport valid for at least six months with at least one blank visa page remaining.
2. Additional Requirements for Non-US Citizens with Green Card: Please send the original U.S. Green Card. Attach your Green Card securely to the cover of your passport.
3. An approved Foreign Student Visa Application Form (JW101 or JW202) issued by the authorized Chinese institution, along with a letter of acceptance from the Chinese school.
4. Complete the Visa Application Form. Download the 2018 Edition form here. Sign it after completion. If you encounter issues, download Adobe Acrobat Reader here. Avoid mistakes—if errors occur, complete a new form. No white-out or corrections are permitted.
5. One recent passport-type color photograph (2″x2″).
6. Copy of your driver’s license.
7. Flight and hotel confirmations.

Processing Fee and Payment Method

We accept personal checks, business checks, cashier’s checks, money orders, or credit card payments (all major credit cards accepted). Make checks or money orders payable to: Global Travel.
