1. Visa Application Form: Download the 2018 Edition form here , complete and sign. If you cannot view the page, please click here to download Adobe Acrobat Reader. It is recommended to complete the form on a computer, print it out, and sign.
2. Original passport valid for at least six months with at least one blank visa page remaining.
3. One recent passport-type color photograph with a white background (2″x2″). Must clearly show the full face.
4. Applicants for the business visa (M visa) need to provide an invitation letter from a Chinese company. The invitation letter must include the following information: name, purpose of visit to China, arrival and departure dates, and place of visit. It should be on company letterhead and signed or stamped by an authorized officer.
5. Copy of driver’s license.
6. Flight and hotel confirmations.
